    • Full legal name or authorized agent name.

4. Counter-Notification (for Users)

If you believe you were wrongly targeted by a DMCA takedown, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  • Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
  • Identification of the removed material and its original URL
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was wrongful
  • Consent to jurisdiction (e.g., “I consent to the jurisdiction of the [local court] located in [City, State/Province, Country]…”)
  • Your electronic signature

Send counter-notices to the same contact above. We will forward your counter-notice to the original notifier. Replaced content may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws in accordance with our Terms of Service.

6. No Waiver

Please do not send any general legal inquiries to the DMCA contact. The designated agent listed above is only authorized to receive DMCA notices and counter-notifications. Any other communications will not be considered received.
